Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until combined.
- Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just moistened.
- Carefully fold in the sprinkles.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
