Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup festive sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until combined.
  4. Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just moistened.
  5. Carefully fold in the sprinkles.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
