- 12 mini sweet peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh herbs (chives or parsley) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Halve the mini peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stuff each pepper half with the cream cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the filling is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
For a spicy version, mix in diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce in the cream cheese.
