- 1 pack instant ramen
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 soft-boiled egg
- Sliced green onions
- Leftover chicken or tofu
- Dollop of chili crisp
- Vegetables (broccoli, snap peas, spinach, bell peppers, zucchini)
- Sesame oil or hot sauce (to taste)
- Optional: processed cheese, Everything Bagel seasoning, sriracha
Instructions
- Boil the instant ramen noodles slightly underdone according to package instructions.
- In a separate pan, cook vegetables in a little water while the noodles boil.
- Drain the noodles and mix them with the seasonings, butter, garlic, and a splash of soy sauce or sesame oil.
- Add the cooked vegetables and proteins (chicken or tofu). Top with a soft-boiled egg and sliced green onions.
- If desired, mix in cheese for a creamy texture and serve hot.
Notes
Feel free to experiment with different vegetables and proteins based on what you have on hand. Adjust seasoning to taste.
