- Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions, bell peppers, and garlic until fragrant.
- In a bowl, mix the sautéed vegetables with crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, fresh herbs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully butterfly the salmon fillets to create pockets for the stuffing.
- Generously fill each fillet with the seafood stuffing.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Garnish with extra herbs and a drizzle of lemon juice before serving.
