Ingredients

- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions and garlic until soft and fragrant.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, sugar, vinegar, and spices to the pan.
- Let the mixture simmer, stirring occasionally, until it thickens.
- Adjust sweetness and seasoning as needed.
- If a smoother texture is desired, use an immersion blender.
