- 6 mini quiches (pre-prepared)
- 12 oz button mushrooms
- 4 oz cream cheese
- Fresh herbs for stuffing mushrooms
- 4 oz salami or prosciutto
- 1 cup assorted seasonal fruits (grapes, strawberries, melon)
Instructions
- Clear your kitchen counter and gather all ingredients.
- Chop bell peppers, cucumbers, and carrots into bite-sized pieces; arrange them on a platter.
- Place a bowl of hummus in the center of the veggie platter; garnish with paprika or olive oil if desired.
- Slice assorted cheeses and arrange with crackers on another platter.
- Bake pre-prepared mini quiches at 350°F for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
- For stuffed mushrooms, mix cream cheese with herbs, fill each cap, and bake alongside mini quiches for about 15 minutes until bubbly.
