Description

Delicious stuffed shells filled with cheesy goodness, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the pasta shells in salted water until al dente, then drain and cool slightly.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place the stuffed shells in the dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  8. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For variation, try adding cooked spinach to the cheese filling or ground meat for a heartier dish.
