Delicious stuffed shells filled with cheesy goodness, perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients

- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the pasta shells in salted water until al dente, then drain and cool slightly.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed shells in the dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
- Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
For variation, try adding cooked spinach to the cheese filling or ground meat for a heartier dish.
