- 4 to 5 fresh okra pods
- 1 to 2 cups cool filtered water
Instructions
- Rinse the okra pods well and pat dry.
- Trim the tips and caps. Slice each pod lengthwise or into thick rounds.
- Add the sliced okra to your jar and pour in the water.
- Cover and let it sit in the fridge overnight for 8 to 12 hours.
- In the morning, strain and drink the water first thing.
Notes
Use the freshest okra for best results. You can refill the jar once with fresh water to make a second serving.
