Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix crushed nuts, cocoa powder, and sweetener until well combined.
- Add melted dark chocolate and mix until a uniform dough forms.
- If desired, add vanilla extract for extra flavor.
- Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
- Coat the truffles in cocoa powder, melted chocolate, or shredded coconut.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
