Instructions

- In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add the sugar while continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the flavored Jello and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Use a piping bag to pipe dollops onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours or until the cookies are dry and crisp.
- Let them cool completely before serving.
