Description

A healthy and refreshing dish packed with colorful fresh fruits, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium Apples, diced
  • 2 medium Bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup Seedless Grapes, halved
  • 1 cup Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 large Orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup Pineapple, diced
  • 0.5 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon Honey (optional)
  • A few Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly under cold running water.
  2. Core and slice the apples into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Peel and slice the bananas into rounds, then add them to the mixing bowl.
  4. Halve the grapes and add them to the bowl.
  5. Remove the green tops from the strawberries, slice them, and add to the bowl.
  6. Peel and segment the orange, then add to the bowl.
  7. Chop the pineapple into bite-sized chunks and mix into the bowl.
  8. Add the blueberries whole to the mixing bowl.
  9. If desired, drizzle honey over the mixed fruits.
  10. Finely chop mint leaves and sprinkle over the salad.
  11. Gently toss the fruits together until well mixed.
  12. Transfer to a serving bowl or individual cups and serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
