Ingredients

- 2 medium Apples, diced
- 2 medium Bananas, sliced
- 1 cup Seedless Grapes, halved
- 1 cup Strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 large Orange, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup Pineapple, diced
- 0.5 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 1 tablespoon Honey (optional)
- A few Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Wash all fruits thoroughly under cold running water.
- Core and slice the apples into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Peel and slice the bananas into rounds, then add them to the mixing bowl.
- Halve the grapes and add them to the bowl.
- Remove the green tops from the strawberries, slice them, and add to the bowl.
- Peel and segment the orange, then add to the bowl.
- Chop the pineapple into bite-sized chunks and mix into the bowl.
- Add the blueberries whole to the mixing bowl.
- If desired, drizzle honey over the mixed fruits.
- Finely chop mint leaves and sprinkle over the salad.
- Gently toss the fruits together until well mixed.
- Transfer to a serving bowl or individual cups and serve immediately.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
