- 2 tbsp rice vinegar (or white vinegar)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar (or honey)
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 3 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Thinly slice the cucumbers into half-moon shapes.
- Mince the garlic and combine it with chili flakes, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Toss the sliced cucumbers in the dressing and let them sit for 10-15 minutes for the flavors to meld.
- Add sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle sliced cucumbers with salt and let them sit for a few minutes before mixing with the dressing.
