Description

A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of graham crackers, creamy filling, and a luscious chocolate glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 box (14.4 oz) graham crackers
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the whipped topping and pudding mix; mix until well combined.
  2. Layer graham crackers in a 9×13 inch baking dish, covering the bottom completely.
  3. Spread half of the cream mixture over the graham crackers.
  4. Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the cream mixture.
  5. Spread the remaining cream mixture over the second layer of crackers.
  6. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  7. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and milk together until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds.
  8. Pour the chocolate glaze over the top layer and spread evenly.
  9. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  10. Slice and serve chilled, garnishing with fresh berries if desired.

Notes

For best results, use quality chocolate for the glaze and allow adequate chilling time for optimal texture.
