- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 box (14.4 oz) graham crackers
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the whipped topping and pudding mix; mix until well combined.
- Layer graham crackers in a 9×13 inch baking dish, covering the bottom completely.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the cream mixture.
- Spread the remaining cream mixture over the second layer of crackers.
- Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and milk together until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Pour the chocolate glaze over the top layer and spread evenly.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Slice and serve chilled, garnishing with fresh berries if desired.
Notes
For best results, use quality chocolate for the glaze and allow adequate chilling time for optimal texture.
