A no-bake dessert with layers of creamy filling, whipped topping, and graham crackers that taste just like traditional éclairs.

- 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 box graham crackers
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling (optional)
- Shaved chocolate for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and milk until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer a single layer of graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining pudding mixture.
- Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup and garnish with shaved chocolate if desired.
Notes
Store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Do not freeze.
