Description

A no-bake dessert with layers of creamy filling, whipped topping, and graham crackers that taste just like traditional éclairs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling (optional)
  • Shaved chocolate for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and milk until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  3. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer a single layer of graham crackers at the bottom.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining pudding mixture.
  6. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup and garnish with shaved chocolate if desired.

Notes

Store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Do not freeze.
