Description

Delightful lasagna rolls filled with creamy ricotta and savory marinara, offering a comforting dish that’s easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (basil, parsley, or oregano)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the lasagna noodles until al dente, then drain and let cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix together ricotta, spinach, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling on each noodle, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  5. Top with remaining marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes
