- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the lasagna noodles until al dente, then drain and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix together ricotta, spinach, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of filling on each noodle, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Top with remaining marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
