- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter

- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente.
- While pasta is cooking, heat 6 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cube and sauté the chicken pieces in the butter until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic, lemon juice, and herbs to the skillet.
- Combine the cooked linguine with the chicken and cowboy butter sauce.
