Instructions
- Insert a skewer into each marshmallow.
- Melt the chocolate with the oil using a double boiler or microwave in 20–30 second bursts.
- Dip each marshmallow into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place on parchment paper and add toppings immediately before the chocolate sets.
- Chill briefly for about 5–10 minutes to firm up the chocolate.
Notes
For best results, keep marshmallows at room temperature before dipping to avoid chocolate seizing. Use high-quality chocolate for a glossy finish.
