A classic dessert combining creamy vanilla pudding, ripe bananas, and crunchy Nilla wafers, perfect for any occasion.

  • Total Time: 240 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 (11 oz) box Nilla wafers
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Layer Nilla wafers at the bottom of a serving dish, followed by banana slices and pudding mixture. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
  5. Serve chilled with extra whipped cream and crushed Nilla wafers on top.

Notes

For a richer taste, consider using half-and-half instead of whole milk. Homemade whipped cream can be used as a substitute for whipped topping.
