Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, chili paste, and black pepper.
- Marinate chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes or overnight for deeper flavor.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place marinated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra moisture, use bone-in skin-on chicken. To keep it gluten-free, substitute soy sauce with tamari or coconut aminos.
