- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
- Add Greek yogurt and fresh blueberries to the dry ingredients and mix until a cohesive dough forms.
- Knead the dough gently just until combined, then divide it into 4 equal portions.
- Shape each portion into a bagel, creating a hole in the center.
- Boil a pot of water and carefully add the bagels, boiling each side for about 1 minute.
- Transfer boiled bagels to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
For best results, use fresh blueberries. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
