Description

Quick and delicious blueberry bagels made with just four simple ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, yogurt, and baking powder until a soft dough forms.
  3. Gently knead in the blueberries.
  4. Divide dough into 8 equal parts and shape into bagels.
  5. Bring a pot of water to a boil with a pinch of salt.
  6. Boil each bagel for 30 seconds on each side.
  7. Transfer bagels to a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
