- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, yogurt, and baking powder until a soft dough forms.
- Gently knead in the blueberries.
- Divide dough into 8 equal parts and shape into bagels.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil with a pinch of salt.
- Boil each bagel for 30 seconds on each side.
- Transfer bagels to a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm with cream cheese or yogurt. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for longer storage.
