Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup protein (tofu, chicken, or shrimp)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Soak rice noodles in warm water until soft, then drain well.
  2. In a preheated wok or large skillet, stir-fry your choice of protein until golden.
  3. Add garlic, fresh vegetables, and the soaked noodles.
  4. Toss everything with soy sauce and chili paste.
  5. Stir constantly for about 15 minutes until well mixed and heated through.
