Description

A light and refreshing dessert made with pure fruit juices and unflavored gelatin, perfect for satisfying cravings while being low in calories.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin (about 21 g)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup fruit juice (apple, cranberry, or pomegranate)
  • 2 cups cold fruit juice (of your choice)
  • Liquid sweetener to taste

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Warm the fruit juice to 140–160°F, then whisk in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  3. Stir in cold juice and any sweetener to taste.
  4. Pour into an 8×8-inch pan or silicone molds.
  5. Chill for 3–4 hours until firm; cut or unmold and serve chilled.

Notes

Use a digital thermometer to avoid overheating; silicone molds give the best release.
