Instructions

  2. Sprinkle the gelatin over 1/2 cup of water to hydrate it.
  3. Heat the chosen liquid gently until warm (not boiling).
  4. Whisk the hydrated gelatin into the warm liquid until fully dissolved.

  6. Chill in the refrigerator until firm (about 2 hours).
