Description

A simple and effective gelatin trick to create delicious and healthy treats.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fruit juice (any kind)
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Fresh fruit pieces (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the fruit juice in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the juice and let it rest for 5 minutes to bloom.
  3. Stir the mixture gently until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  4. Add honey and lemon juice, mixing well to incorporate.
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds and add fresh fruit pieces if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Remove from molds and enjoy your gelatin treats!

Notes

You can use any type of fruit juice, and feel free to experiment with different sweeteners.
