Ingredients

- 1 cup fruit juice (any kind)
- 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Fresh fruit pieces (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the fruit juice in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the juice and let it rest for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Stir the mixture gently until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Add honey and lemon juice, mixing well to incorporate.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds and add fresh fruit pieces if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Remove from molds and enjoy your gelatin treats!

You can use any type of fruit juice, and feel free to experiment with different sweeteners.
