- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage (crumbled or sliced)
- 1 cup crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into small rectangles.
- Spread pizza sauce on each rectangle, then add cheese, mini pepperoni, and sausage.
- Roll each rectangle tightly, sealing the edges well.
- In a bowl, mix crushed Doritos, melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Coat each roll in the Doritos mixture until well covered.
- Place the rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve them warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
These pizza rolls are great for parties and can be customized with your favorite toppings. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
