- 8 oz. soba noodles
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup black vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a rapid boil.
- Add soba noodles and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Quickly drain the noodles in a colander.
- Rinse the noodles under cold water to stop the cooking process and remove excess starch.
- Serve with dipping sauce or in broth as preferred.
