Instructions
- Marinate the steak with orange zest, chipotle sauce, cumin, and soy sauce for 3-24 hours.
- Grill the marinated steak until charred and cooked to your liking.
- Warm the corn tortillas on a hot griddle.
- Cut the grilled meat into small pieces and place on a tortilla.
- Top with diced onions, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
- Garnish with radishes and tomatillo salsa before serving.
