These crunchy, chocolatey pretzel Christmas trees are a festive treat made with salty pretzels, sweet green chocolate, and bright sprinkles. Perfect for kids and holiday parties!

- 30–40 mini twisted or knot pretzels (choose uniform sizes)
- 8 oz green candy melts or white chocolate dyed with oil-based green color
- 1–2 tsp coconut oil or neutral oil to thin
- 1 cup mixed mini candies and sprinkles for ornaments
- Small star candies for the top (optional)
Instructions
- Start by melting green candy melts with 1–2 teaspoons of neutral oil or coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20–30 second bursts and stirring until fluid (about 105–115°F).
- Pipe small dots of melted chocolate onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Press pretzels into a triangular stack (largest pretzel at the base, then medium, then small).
- Use more melted chocolate to glue the layers together and top.
- Add mini M&Ms, nonpareils, or edible stars while the chocolate is still wet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes until set.
Notes
These trees can be made ahead of time and are great for parties. Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
