Description

No-bake, crowd-pleasing cookie dough balls that are safe to eat and perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup (113 g) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup (100 g) packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 12 tbsp whole milk (or plant milk)
  • 1 1/2 cups (180 g) all-purpose flour, heat-treated to 165°F (74°C)
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
  • 3/41 cup confetti sprinkles or mini M&Ms
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cream softened butter with brown and granulated sugars until fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).
  2. Add vanilla and a tablespoon or two of milk to reach a peanut-butter-like consistency.
  3. Fold in heat-treated flour and a pinch of salt.
  4. Stir in confetti sprinkles and optional mini chocolate chips.
  5. Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Use a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop to portion and roll into balls.

Ensure to heat-treat flour to make it safe; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before shaping for easier rolling.
