No-bake, crowd-pleasing cookie dough balls that are safe to eat and perfect for any celebration.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup (113 g) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup (100 g) packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp whole milk (or plant milk)
- 1 1/2 cups (180 g) all-purpose flour, heat-treated to 165°F (74°C)
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 3/4–1 cup confetti sprinkles or mini M&Ms
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Cream softened butter with brown and granulated sugars until fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).
- Add vanilla and a tablespoon or two of milk to reach a peanut-butter-like consistency.
- Fold in heat-treated flour and a pinch of salt.
- Stir in confetti sprinkles and optional mini chocolate chips.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Use a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop to portion and roll into balls.
