Description
A stunning and easy-to-assemble charcuterie board shaped like a Christmas tree, perfect for festive gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 10–12 ounces of assorted crackers
- 18–24 ounces of mixed cheeses (brie, cheddar, goat cheese)
- 16 ounces of assorted cured meats
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 cup berries
- 1 cup olives
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 1 small jar of cornichons or pickled onions
- Fresh herbs for garnish
- Star-shaped cookie or bright fruit for decoration
- Honey (optional for drizzling)
Instructions
- Start with a clean wooden board or large platter and sketch a triangular tree shape with a small rectangle trunk at the bottom.
- Build layers from the top down: small items (grapes, berries) at the tree tip.
- Add medium items (sliced cheeses, soft spreads) in the middle.
- Place larger clustered items (rolled meats, crostini) at the base.
- Fill gaps with nuts, pickles, and edible herbs for green accents.
- Finish with a star-shaped cookie or a cluster of bright fruit at the top.
- Serve at room temperature, allowing cheeses to warm for better flavor.
Notes
Consider roasting nuts for added flavor. Store components separately and assemble shortly before serving for best quality.
