Delicious no-bake Pumpkin Oreo Balls perfect for fall, easy to make with simple ingredients and minimal mess.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 24 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pack of classic Oreo cookies (not Double Stuf)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 10 ounces white chocolate melting wafers
  • Orange decorating gel or mini sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Smash Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the crushed Oreos, cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, roll the mixture into small balls.
  5. Dip each ball into melted white chocolate, using a fork to let excess chocolate drip off.
  6. Place the dipped balls on wax paper to set.
  7. Decorate with orange gel or sprinkles if desired.

Notes

Chill the mixture before dipping to prevent melting. Experiment with different chocolates and toppings for variations.
