- 1 pack of classic Oreo cookies (not Double Stuf)
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 10 ounces white chocolate melting wafers
- Orange decorating gel or mini sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Smash Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- In a mixing bowl, blend the crushed Oreos, cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, roll the mixture into small balls.
- Dip each ball into melted white chocolate, using a fork to let excess chocolate drip off.
- Place the dipped balls on wax paper to set.
- Decorate with orange gel or sprinkles if desired.
Notes
Chill the mixture before dipping to prevent melting. Experiment with different chocolates and toppings for variations.
