- 1 family size package of Oreo cookies
- 2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 brick (8 oz) cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup butter, soft
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tub (12 oz) whipped topping
Instructions
- Bash up the Oreo cookies in a food processor or in a bag with a rolling pin and save a handful for topping.
- Beat the cream cheese and butter together until fluffy, then mix in the powdered sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk the pudding mix with milk until thickened.
- Gently fold the whipped topping into the pudding, then mix in the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the crushed Oreos and pudding mixture in a dish, finishing with the reserved Oreos on top.
- Let it chill in the fridge before serving for best results.
Notes
Best when chilled before serving. Can be made ahead; just reserve the Oreo topping until serving time to keep it crunchy.
