- 4 medium apples (Granny Smith or your choice)
- 1 cup soft caramel candies
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate (milk, dark, or white)
- Optional toppings: chopped toasted nuts, sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, crushed cookies, shredded coconut
Instructions
- Slice the apples not too thin and pat them dry.
- Melt the caramel candies with heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
- Dip apple slices in caramel and lay them on parchment paper.
- While the caramel is still sticky, drizzle melted chocolate over the apple slices.
- Chill in the refrigerator until the chocolate sets.
- Add any optional toppings before the chocolate hardens. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of flaky salt on top of the chocolate drizzle.
