- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- ½ cup Caramel Sauce, store-bought or homemade
- 2–3 Apples, Granny Smith or your favorite type
- 1 cup Graham Crackers, crushed, for topping
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese in a shallow bowl or pie plate.
- Generously swirl the caramel sauce over the cream cheese.
- Slice the apples thin and arrange them around the dip.
- Top with crushed graham crackers if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. To prevent apples from browning, sprinkle with lemon juice.
