Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups fresh or frozen broccoli, steamed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can creamy cheddar soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, creamy cheddar soup, and milk. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter, then sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, don’t overcook the broccoli. You can use canned soup instead of making cheese sauce from scratch. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
