Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Sweet Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Peeled and chunk sweet potatoes, then boil until fork-tender.
  2. Drain and mash the sweet potatoes with butter, milk, brown sugar, and cinnamon if desired.
  3. Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with marshmallows.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until the marshmallows are toasted.

Notes

You can prepare the sweet potato mixture ahead of time and refrigerate it. Add marshmallows just before baking.
