Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained Rotel tomatoes until well blended.
- Gradually add in the flour and shredded cheese until a sticky dough forms.
- Scoop out portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Arrange the balls on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
Notes
Chill the mixture if it’s too sticky to handle. Feel free to experiment with different cheeses and seasonings.
