- 4 pieces Pears (Firm varieties like Bosc or Anjou)
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 100 grams Goat Cheese
- 50 grams Sultan Raisins
- 50 grams Chopped Hazelnuts
- 1 tablespoon Honey or Fiber Syrup (Optional)
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Thyme
- 50 grams Gruyere Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the pears in half and remove the cores.
- Place the pear halves cut side up in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle sea salt over the pears.
- Crumble goat cheese over each pear half, then add raisins and chopped hazelnuts.
- Drizzle honey or fiber syrup on top if using.
- Sprinkle fresh thyme over everything.
- Top with gruyere cheese.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until pears are tender and cheese is bubbly.
