Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Pears (Firm varieties like Bosc or Anjou)
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 100 grams Goat Cheese
  • 50 grams Sultan Raisins
  • 50 grams Chopped Hazelnuts
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Fiber Syrup (Optional)
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Thyme
  • 50 grams Gruyere Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the pears in half and remove the cores.
  3. Place the pear halves cut side up in a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle sea salt over the pears.
  5. Crumble goat cheese over each pear half, then add raisins and chopped hazelnuts.
  6. Drizzle honey or fiber syrup on top if using.
  7. Sprinkle fresh thyme over everything.
  8. Top with gruyere cheese.
  9. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until pears are tender and cheese is bubbly.
