Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
- Scoop the dough into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
- Immediately press mini marshmallows and a piece of chocolate into the center of each cookie cup.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the tin.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for better mixing. Don’t overmix the dough.
