Description

Guilt-free no-bake treats combining rich chocolate, crunchy almonds, and sweet coconut.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, shredded coconut, and maple syrup until well mixed.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Melt dark chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler until smooth.
  4. Dunk each ball into the melted chocolate to coat and return to the baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle with extra shredded coconut and chopped almonds before the chocolate sets.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to an hour before serving.

Notes

For a nut-free version, substitute almond butter with sunflower seed butter. Chill time is crucial for texture.
