Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup ground walnuts
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Fold in the ground walnuts and the dry ingredients.
  5. Add the vegetable oil and honey, mixing gently to form a thick batter.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
