Instructions
- Prepare your cabbage by slicing it into thin ribbons and sprinkling with salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Drain any liquid from the cabbage and add your dressing.
- Mix in any protein, black beans, corn, and cheese.
- Add the Fritos just before serving to maintain their crunch.
