  • 23 Medium Apples (Granny Smith preferred)
  • 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Caramel Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Nuts (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Dice the apples and cook them with brown sugar and cinnamon until softened.
  2. Spoon the apple mixture into the mini graham cracker crusts.
  3. Add a spoonful of caramel sauce over the top.
  4. Optional: Top with crushed nuts.
  5. Chill in the fridge until set.

Notes

If the apples are too sweet, add a squeeze of lemon juice to balance the flavors. You can substitute mini graham cracker crusts with crushed vanilla wafer cookies if desired.
