- 12 Mini Graham Cracker Crusts
- 2–3 Medium Apples (Granny Smith preferred)
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Caramel Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Nuts (Optional)
Instructions
- Dice the apples and cook them with brown sugar and cinnamon until softened.
- Spoon the apple mixture into the mini graham cracker crusts.
- Add a spoonful of caramel sauce over the top.
- Optional: Top with crushed nuts.
- Chill in the fridge until set.
Notes
If the apples are too sweet, add a squeeze of lemon juice to balance the flavors. You can substitute mini graham cracker crusts with crushed vanilla wafer cookies if desired.
