- 7 cups frozen tater tots
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 packet (1 oz) Italian dressing mix
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a big skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess grease.
- In a bowl, mix the Italian dressing mix, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, melted butter, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Grease a baking pan and add the cooked beef, then pour the creamy sauce over it and mix well.
- Spread frozen tater tots evenly on top to cover the mixture.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the tater tots are crispy and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a minute or two before serving.
Notes
Use lean ground beef for a healthier option, or substitute with turkey. Add veggies like peas or corn for extra nutrition, or use crushed red pepper flakes for spice.
