- 8 sheets phyllo dough

Instructions
- Sauté fresh spinach until wilted and let cool.
- Mix sautéed spinach with crumbled feta, diced onions, and fresh herbs.
- Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough, brush edges with water, and add filling.
- Wrap the dough around the filling and seal the edges securely.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange rolls in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 12 minutes until golden brown.
