- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

- 2 cups béchamel sauce

Instructions
- Prepare the béchamel sauce and set aside.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the shrimp just until pink; season with salt and pepper.
- Layer the lasagna: start with a layer of béchamel, followed by noodles, shrimp, crab meat, herbs, and a sprinkle of cheese.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with béchamel on top.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Allowing the lasagna to rest after baking helps set the layers for easier slicing. Use fresh seafood for the best flavor.
