Instructions
- Cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually mix in eggs and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture for a smooth dough.
- In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Fold in the cinnamon-sugar mixture into the dough.
- Drop cookie dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
