- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup eggnog

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Whisk together egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar until pale and creamy.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream with cinnamon and nutmeg until just simmering.
- Gradually combine the hot cream mixture with the egg yolk mixture, whisking continuously.
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a bowl.
- Pour the custard mixture into ramekins and place them in a water bath.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until just set.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle sugar on top and use a kitchen torch to caramelize until golden brown.
