Quick and delicious teriyaki chicken wraps that allow for endless customization with fillings and flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 4 tortillas (whole wheat or spinach)
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup mixed greens
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in a mixture of soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes。
- Sauté the marinated chicken in a hot pan until fully cooked (165°F, 74°C).
- Fill tortillas with the sautéed chicken and your choice of vegetables.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and slice them in half to serve.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with extra teriyaki sauce or spicy mayo for dipping.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate chicken overnight. You can also use tofu for a vegetarian version.
